Westside Acquisitions PLC12 November 2007 Westside Acquisitions plc ("Westside" or "the Company") Exercise of Warrants in York Pharma plc Westside Acquisitions plc, the AIM listed investment vehicle, has exercised300,000 warrants in AIM listed York Pharma plc at 50p per share and as a resultis being issued 300,000 new ordinary shares in York Pharma plc. Following thistransaction, the Company retains 1.8 million shares, which represent a 3.74%interest of the fully diluted share capital and 150,000 warrants in York Pharmaplc.
