Directors' Intention to Purchase Shares in Westside

Further to the announcement of 3 July 2012 and subsequent monthly dealings by directors of the Company over the past 12 months, Westside Investments plc, the AIM listed investment vehicle, announces that all board directors have entered into irrevocable trading agreements to facilitate the automatic purchase of existing shares in the Company on a monthly basis over the next 12 months. All share purchases shall be conducted on the second Monday of every month, or as soon as practicable thereafter, commencing on 8 July 2013. The directors will invest a combined total annual commitment of up to £15,000, to be invested in 12 equal monthly purchases.
