Director/PDMR Shareholding
Catena Group plc has been notified that, David Coldbeck, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has transferred a holding of 70,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Christine Coldbeck, a person closely associated to Mr Coldbeck, on 23 April 2021 for nil consideration (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Mr Coldbeck's shareholding stands at 30,000 Ordinary Shares in Catena, which represents 0.07% of Catena's current issued share capital.
