Extension to Loan Notes Maturity Date
CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM: CTL), an exploration and development company advancing sustainable lithium projects in Chile, announces that the maturity date of its existing Loan Notes have been extended from previously announced 31 July 2025 to 15 August 2025.
This short-term extension provides additional time to continue constructive discussions with the Loan Note holders regarding the terms of a longer-term extension. The Company will update the market in due course.
