Transaction in Own Shares
Hong Kong, 9 April 2015 - Cathay International Holdings Ltd. (LSE: CTI.L), an investment holding company and a leading operator and investor in the growing healthcare sector in the People's Republic of China, today announces that on 8 April 2015 it purchased 4,644 common shares at an average price of 23 pence (this also being the highest and lowest price paid per common share).
All the purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 4,644 of its common shares in treasury and has 371,952,361 common shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
