Milestone Group PLC03 October 2006 For Immediate Release 3 October 2006 Milestone Group PLC ("the Company") NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES The Company received notification on 3 October 2006 from Landfinance Limited, aBritish Virgin Islands company, informing it that following a purchase of afurther 1,500,000 ordinary shares on 2 October 2006, they have a notifiableinterest in 7,803,906 ordinary shares representing 28.27 per cent. of the totalissued ordinary share capital of the Company.
