Catenai PLC (AIM: CTAI), the AIM quoted provider of digital media and technology, issues the following disclosure in relation to John Farthing, Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Beaconsoft Limited, a company which John Farthing is a Director, recently appointed administrators.
There is nothing further to disclose in respect of Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
