The following amendments have been made to the '(Transaction in own shares and total voting rights)' announcement released on 26/10/2023 at 7:00am under RNS No 3142R.

Shares held in treasury increased from 1,768,936 to 2,168,936.

Total number of voting rights decreased from 14,129,720 to 13,729,720.

All other details remain unchanged.

Croma Security Solutions Group plc (AIM:CSSG) announced on 30 June 2023 that the Company had purchased 798,422 Ordinary Shares held by Sebastian Morley and Paul Williamson (the "Sellers") at a price of 47.5 pence per share and that these shares would be held in treasury (the "Buy-Back"). This Buy-Back was part of the arrangements in relation to the disposal of Vigilant Security (Scotland) Limited details of which were set out in the Circular dated 6 June 2023 and approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 30 June.

Subsequently it has been confirmed that one of the Sellers held 26,000 ordinary shares less than had been reported and therefore the correct number of shares subject to the Buy-Back is 772,422 Ordinary Shares. The Seller has returned to the Company the sum of £12,350, being the amount he was overpaid for the 26,000 Ordinary Shares he incorrectly stated to hold at a price of 47.5 pence per share in the Buy-Back.

This adjustment impacts both the total voting rights in the Company and number of shares held by the Company in treasury. The amended position is set out below.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following this correction its issued share capital will remain the same and consist of 15,898,656 Ordinary Shares of which 2,168,936 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 13,729,720. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
