Croma Security Solutions Group plc, the AIM listed total security services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of Mr. Paul Williamson as a director of the Company.

Paul Williamson founded Vigilant Security in 1997 having served in the Army from 1987 to 1992 and worked in a number of commercial operations thereafter.

Commenting on Mr Williamson's appointment, Sebastian Morley, Chairman of the Company said "Paul is an excellent addition to the Board of Croma. He has been largely responsible for the development and culture of our ex-military manned guarding business, where discipline, integrity and moral courage define us against our competition"

Mr Williamson's directorships in the last five years are as follows:

Mr. Williamson, aged 47, owns 165,639 ordinary shares and has 5,000 share options in the Company. There are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
