Appointment of Finance Director

Croma Security Solutions Group plc (LON:CSSG), the AIM listed total security services provider announces the appointment of Richard Juett as Finance Director.

As the operational integration has proceeded following the recent enlargement of the group, it has been decided to move the Group Finance Director role to Southampton. James Dunion, Finance Director, has informed the Board that he has decided not to relocate and accordingly the Board has accepted his resignation and has appointed Richard Juett to succeed him. A handover period is planned to facilitate a smooth transition of duties from James to Richard.

Commenting on this appointment, Sebastian Morley, Chairman said:

'The board wish to express their gratitude to James for the contribution he has made to the Group's development. We are confident that Richard's considerable financial experience and Southampton location will support the group's further development and accelerate the realisation of operational synergies.'

Richard Anthony Juett (aged 48)

Richard, a chartered accountant, has served in a number of senior finance roles, most recently acting as Director of Finance for CQFD (UK) Ltd. Having qualified with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, Richard has held a number of positions in industry and professional practice, including acting as Financial Controller for Greatstar UK Ltd, Tax and Treasury Manager for Kia Motors (UK) Ltd, and as a Corporate Tax Manager with BDO Stoy Hayward.
