Circular posted to Shareholders
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 17 April 2009 concerning the Acquisition (as defined below) the Company has today posted a circular to its shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on 20 July 2009 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited, 155 Moorgate, London EC2M 6XB (the "EGM").
An ordinary resolution will be proposed at the EGM to approve the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Moderna F¶rs¤kringar Liv AB (the "Acquisition").
The circular will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at: Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. In addition, a copy of the circular will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.chesnara.co.uk, or can be inspected at the Company's registered office at Harbour House, Portway, Preston, Lancashire PR2 2PR.
