Holding in Company
Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L; OTC: CRWRY) was notified on 21 April 2011, that, on the 20 April 2011 Global AEGON Asset Management Group increased its holding in the Company from 2,042,461 to 2,201,337 ordinary shares representing 8.22% of the total issued share holding of the Company. Of these voting rights 1,590,917 (5.94%) are direct, 596,579 (2.23%) are indirect and 13,841 (0.05%) are held under a Contract for Difference.
