Director's Dealing
Coral Products PLC, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces it was informed today that on 24 September 2020 Michael Wood, a director of the Company, transferred a portion of his shareholding to his ISA account.
Michael Wood disposed of 37,037 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 5 pence per share and transferred the proceeds of the sale into an ISA account in his name to purchase 36,310 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5.1 pence per share on 24 September 2020.
Following this transfer, Mr Wood now holds 304,265 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
