Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products, announces that it was informed on 28 May 2019 that Stephanie Ingham, Group HR Manager of the Company, transferred her shareholding by selling 81,763 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 7.5 pence per share and transferred the proceeds into an ISA account in her name to acquire 81,329 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.54 pence per share on 24 May 2019.
Following this announcement, Mrs Ingham holds 81,329 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
