Coral Products PLC27 October 2006 Coral Products plc (the "Company") Directorate Change and Director's Shareholding The Company has been informed that on 16 October 2006, that the Chairman, Mr.Geoffrey Piper, acquired 6,250 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") and as a result of this purchase his resultant holding is9,583 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.047 per cent of theCompany's Issued Share Capital. Mr Jonathan Lever resigned as company secretary on 25 October 2006 and whilstremaining a Director has moved to a Non-Executive role. Mr Stephen Fletcher hastaken on the company secretary role, in addition to his existing role as FinanceDirector. As announced on 20 June 2006 at the time of the Annual General Meeting, 29September 2006, Sir David Rowe-Ham retired from the Board and was succeeded inthe Chairman's role by Mr. Geoffrey Piper, the senior independent non-executivedirector.
