Exercise of Options
In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R 3.1.2, Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (the "Company") was notified on 2 July 2013 that Stephen Stone, Chief Executive, exercised on 2 July 2013 an option granted to him on 11 February 2013 under the Company's pre-IPO share incentive arrangements over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company (Shares), as detailed below.
The Shares are retained by Mr Stone in full with him meeting all statutory deductions from his own funds.
The table below sets out the number of Shares acquired upon exercise and retained by Mr Stone, the exercise price and his total shareholding following this notification.
