Grant of Options under the Crest Nicholson Holdings plc 2013 Approved Sharesave Plan
In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R 3.1.2, Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (the "Company") was notified that the following PDMRs have been granted options on 22 May 2013 over 21,858 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Options"), under the Crest Nicholson Holdings plc 2013 Approved Sharesave Plan (the "SAYE") as shown in the following table:

No payment was required for the grant of the Options.
The Options are exercisable from 1 August 2016 at the Option price, set in accordance with HMRC rules for approved sharesave plans, of £2.47 per share.
Following the grant of the Options, the Company confirms that at the date of this announcement, each of the PDMRs holds the following total number of options over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company as follows:
