In accordance with notification obligations under article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation, Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the following transactions by Chris Tinker (a Director of the Company) and Helen Tinker (a person closely associated ("PCA") with Chris Tinker):
Ā
On 29 March 2019 Mr Tinker transferred the beneficial interest in 135,000 Ordinary Shares and Mrs Tinker transferred the beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, both of 5 pence each in the Company to certain charities. Mr and Mrs Tinker subsequently sold all of those shares on behalf of those charities who received all sale proceeds.
