The Company announces that Richard Bernstein, a director and principalshareholder of Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited ("CrystalAmber Asset Management"), which is investment manager to the Company, and amember of Crystal Amber Advisers (UK) LLP, which is investment adviser to theCompany, yesterday sold 220,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital ofthe Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.39 per cent. of the votingshare capital of the Company to Crystal Amber Asset Management. The transactionwas effected at a price of 117p per share.
Following the sale, Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 610,000 Ordinary Shares,equivalent to 1.07 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
Following the purchase, Crystal Amber Asset Management now holds a total of1,630,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.85 per cent. of the voting sharecapital of the Company.
