Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company has been notified that the Investment Manager, Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited, a PDMR of the Company purchased 1.4 million ordinary shares in the Company on 26 September 2018. Following the transaction, Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited holds 6,306,260 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 6.47 per cent. of the Company’s voting rights. The Company has also been notified that Mr Juan Morera, an employee of the Company’s Investment Adviser, sold a total of 40,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 26 September 2018. Following the transaction, Mr Morera holds 11,244 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the Company’s voting rights.
