12 October 2012 CRYSTAL AMBER FUND LIMITED (the `Company') Directorate Change
The Company announces that as noted in the Chairman's Statement of the Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2012, Mark Huntley, a director retiring in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation, did not seek re-election at today's Annual General Meeting of the Company. Therefore, Mr Huntley has ceased to be a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
His fellow Directors wish to thank Mr Huntley for his contribution to the Company. The Company intends to appoint a new Non-Executive Director in due course.
