Directors' interests
The Company announces that on 01 June 2015 M.A.J.Cropper, a director of the Company, resigned from James Cropper EBT Ltd which is a subsidiary company of James Cropper PLC.
As a consequence of his resignation he no longer holds a non beneficial interest in 101,255 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares are held in trust by James Cropper EBT Ltd.
The total interests of the M.A.J.Cropper in the Company are now:
