DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company announces that on 6 September 2010 the Company was advised by Mr J.A.Cropper, a Director of the Company, that a family trust for which he is a non-beneficial trustee has transferred 73,544 ordinary shares of 25p ('Ordinary Shares') each to a member of his family for no consideration.
Following the transaction, Mr Cropper's beneficial and non-beneficial interests in the Company are:
