The Company announces that Martin Thompson, a Director of the Company, has today transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") to his wife Emily Ledingham Thompson.
As a result of the above, Martin Thompson's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
