Notification of Transaction of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMR")
The Company was notified on 14 September 2017 that on the same day, Jim Aldridge, a PDMR of the Company, sold 616 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1910.0p per Share.
In addition, the Company was also notified that on 14 September 2017, Jim Aldridge, a PDMR of the Company, transferred 2,000 Shares to his wife Jackie Aldridge.
As a result, Jim Aldridge's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 616 Shares.
