The Company announces that it was notified on 4 January 2013 that Richard Huntingford, Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 82 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 January 2013.
