PDMR Notification
Conduit Holdings today announces that it was notified on 5 April 2024, that:
(1) Neil Eckert, a person discharging managerial responsibility in CHL ("PDMR"), has purchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA) 1,062 Common Shares at a price of £4.972239 per Common Share;
(2) Nicola Eckert, a person closely associated (PCA) with Neil Eckert, has purchased into her ISA, 1,234 Common Shares at a price of £4.972239 per Common Share;
The above transactions both took place on 5 April 2024.
Following these transactions Neil Eckert's beneficial ownership interest (which includes shares held by PCA Nicola Eckert) stands at 742,566 common shares.
