Creston PLC15 May 2006 15 May 2006 Creston Plc ("Creston" or the "Company") Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") Creston, the marketing services and communications group, is pleased to announcethat the resolutions relating to the acquisitions of ICM Research Limited ("ICM"), Tullo Marshall Warren Limited and Colombus Communications Limited ("TMWGroup"), the Placing and Open Offer and the remaining resolutions set out in thenotice of EGM appended to the combined circular and prospectus dated 20 April2006 (the "Prospectus") were duly passed by shareholders at the EGM held todayat 11.00 a.m. Application has been made for the 9,132,306 New Ordinary Shares to be issuedpursuant to the Placing and Open Offer and the 6,996,930 New Ordinary Shares tobe issued in connection with the Acquisitions to be admitted to the OfficialList of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange'smarket for listed securities. It is expected that Admission will take place anddealings will commence in the New Ordinary Shares on Wednesday, 17 May 2006.
