CPL Resources PLC07 December 2005 CPL RESOURCES PLC Trading update The Board of CPL Resources is pleased to provide an update on trading for thesix months ending 31 December 2005, which is the first half of the Company'sfinancial year. CPL's business continues to benefit from growth in employment in the Irishmarket and from increased demand for its services across most sectors. TheCompany's trading performance in the six months has been strong, and the profitfor the half year is likely to exceed current market expectations.
