TRADING UPDATE & APPOINTMENT OF CFO
On 24 January 2013 we announced a strong operating performance for the 6 months to 31 December 2012, with significant increases in revenues, operating profits and earnings per share. At that time we anticipated that trading conditions in our principal markets would remain challenging.
Our business continues to perform well in the face of uncertain economic conditions, and our results for the year to 30 June 2013 will reflect continued growth in profits and revenues. We expect our profit before tax for the year to 30 June 2013 to be in line with market expectations of circa €12 million. Our balance sheet remains strong.
We plan to announce our results for the year on 5 September 2013.
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Buckley as Chief Financial Officer of the Group. Mark joins Cpl from Ulster Bank Group. Prior to this he was CFO of a range of public and private companies.
