Cpl was notified today that on 14 May 2014, Garret Roche, an executive director of the Company, sold 30,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €7.20 per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Roche's beneficial interest in the Company is 21,871 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
