Colm Long appointed as Non-Executive Director

Mark Buckley appointed as COO & Deputy CEO of Cpl

Cpl, Ireland's leading employment services group, is pleased to announce the following updates to the Board:

Appointment of Colm Long as a Non-Executive Director of Cpl

Cpl are pleased to announce the appointment of Colm Long as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Colm joins the board with over 20 years' experience working in Global Companies in Ireland and the USA. Throughout his career Colm has served in a wide variety of leadership positions and advisory roles including helping to establish and grow Facebook's operations in Dublin before becoming head of the company's global user operations in Silicon Valley, California. Prior to Facebook, Colm held senior management roles in Google's EMEA operations. Colm has a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Brighton.

John Hennessy, Chairman of Cpl, commented: "I am delighted to welcome Colm to the Board of Cpl. He has extensive experience of media and digital businesses, and his skillset is a complementary fit to the Board. Colm will bring additional valuable knowledge and perspective to the Board."

Appointment of Mark Buckley as COO & Deputy CEO of Cpl

Cpl is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Buckley as COO and Deputy CEO. Mark joined the company in July 2013 as CFO and has overseen improvements in profitability and cash generation during this time. As Cpl embarks on its next phase of growth, this newly created position gives Mark responsibility for the performance of Cpl's operating divisions, working closely with the leadership team to drive exceptional delivery for our customers. Mark will continue to hold responsibility for the Finance function until a new CFO is appointed.
