By a resolution proposed at each of the meetings, the meetings were adjourned,so as to allow other potential offerors a limited period of time to considerwhether or not they intend to put forward a formal offer for Chorion. Shareholders will be given not less than seven clear days' notice of the revisedtime, date and venue of the adjourned meetings which will take place to considerthe recommended acquisition of Chorion by Planet Acquisitions Limited.
