Chorion PLC27 April 2006 RESULTS OF COURT MEETING AND EGM Chorion PLC27 April 2006 Chorion PLC ("Chorion" or the "Company") Results of Court Meeting and EGM On 27 April 2006, Chorion convened the Court Meeting and EGM in connection withthe recommended acquisition of Chorion by Planet Acquisitions. At the Court Meeting, the Scheme was approved by a majority in number of theScheme Shareholders present and voting (in person or by proxy) representing morethan 75 per cent. in value of the Scheme Shares held by such SchemeShareholders. At the Chorion EGM, Chorion Shareholders passed both the Special Resolution andthe Ordinary Resolution by the requisite majority.
