Director/PDMR Shareholding
Northcoders Group plc, an independent provider of training programmes for software coding, announces that Sandra ("Sandy") Lindsay MBE, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.80 per Ordinary Share on 27 July 2021.
Following this transaction, Sandy Lindsay will hold in aggregate 5,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equal to approximately 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
