Director Dealings
Northcoders (AIM:CODE), an independent provider of training programmes for software coding, announces that that following the result of Placing, Secondary Placing, Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights announcement released on 21 November 2022, in order to meet market demand and with the permission of the Company's Nominated Adviser required pursuant to an orderly-market agreement, the following dealings have been undertaken in ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Chris Hill and Amul Batra, Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, respectively.
On 24 November 2022, Mr Hill sold 19,588 Ordinary Shares at a price of 300 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr Hill remains beneficially interested in 1,504,080 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.6 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital.
On 24 November 2022, Mr Batra sold 19,587 Ordinary Shares at a price of 300 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr Batra remains beneficially interested in 949,413 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.4 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Company's announcement released earlier today in respect of the Placing unless the context provides otherwise.
