NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Cobham plc, the ('Company') announces that, on 2 April 2013, Mr Tucker sold 14,404 ordinary shares in the Company at 243.412 pence per share. The shares sold were registered in the name of Lynchwood Nominees Limited. These shares were held in the Bonus Co-investment Plan ('BCP') relating to Mr Tucker's voluntary participation and as they have now been sold, Mr Tucker loses any entitlement to a match in relation to these shares.
Additionally, on the same date, Mr Tucker sold 32,392 ordinary shares in the company at 244.9787 pence per share. The shares sold were registered in the name of K Tucker.
