Mondas PLC23 September 2005 To be embargoed until 7.00am 23 September 2005 Mondas plc ("Mondas" or "the Company") Additional Listing Mondas the AIM quoted specialist provider of software solutions to the banking &securities and educational markets, announces that Teather & Greenwood Limited,its broker, has today placed 625,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each at 16p pershare, raising £100,000 before expenses. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of theCompany. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted totrading on AIM and it is expected that admission will become effective anddealings will commence on 28 September 2005. Commenting on the placing Jarlath McGee chief executive, said: "This small placing is specifically designed to allow Mondas to move quickly toexecute acquisitions in accordance with our previously stated strategy ofexpansion in our specialist markets.
