Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS) (OTCQX: DDOSF), the distributed denial of service ("DDoS") protection specialists and champion of adaptive, real-time service availability, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Nicholls as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Jeremy, based in the UK, has over 35 years of experience in security, networking, and unified collaboration technologies. He has held global leadership roles across channel, alliance, and direct sales with leading international technology organisations.
His career includes global positions at Kentik, Arbor Networks, Ericsson, and Polycom, where he has consistently delivered revenue growth, expanded market presence, and built strategic partnerships that strengthen long-term business performance.
