The Company announces that Carl Herberger, Chief Executive Officer of Corero, has purchased 246,095 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase, Carl Herberger has a total beneficial interest in 1,697,122 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.33% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
