Kryso Resources plc ("Kryso" or the "Company") AIM: KYS Natasa's Request for Board Representation
The Company is aware of an RNS announcement published by Natasa Mining Limited (Natasa) on 23 June 2010 relating to Chrisilios Kyriakou and Jonathan Reynolds and their nominations for election as directors of the Company at the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 30 June 2010.
The Company is in discussions with Natasa with regard to the proposed appointments to the board of the Company and these discussions are continuing.
However, contrary to the information contained in the Natasa announcement, the two individuals have not been nominated for election at the AGM. The Notice of AGM is as circulated to shareholders of the Company on 7 June 2010. The Company has sought legal advice in relation to the announcement by Natasa and it has been advised that no amendments can be made to the notice of AGM in respect of the proposed nominations and no new resolutions can properly be put to the AGM at this stage.
