Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company")
Total Voting Rights
In accordance with FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its capital consists of 72,700,012 ordinary shares of 1p each. The voting rights of these shares are identical, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds 1,276,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of the Company's ordinary shares with voting rights is 71,424,012.
The above figure (71,424,012) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Concurrent Technologies Plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
