AGM Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting of Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company"), a leading developer and manufacturer of high end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets,Michael Collins, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"We are pleased to report a continued strong performance since our year end results with the defence sector capable of providing us with many opportunities. As set out in previous statements, the resolution of modern conflicts is becoming ever more reliant on powerful computing technology, and the Company's products, capabilities and track record are well suited to providing this technology. We have, over many years, developed good relationships in this sector and have been evolving our products for use in this area. A particular threat is that of improvised explosive devices (IED) and the need to equip more military vehicles with counter IED technology. We anticipate announcing further news in the year ahead.

Other customer groups continue to respond well to the strengthening economic conditions and our development programme, capitalising in part from our Intel® alliance, is progressing.

We are pleased with our progress and look forward to keeping shareholders appraised as developments arise."
