Board Changes

The Board of Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM:CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-performance embedded computer boards for critical applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Martin as Chief Financial Officer and as an executive director of the Company with effect from 1 August 2021.

Jonathan has been the Group Financial Controller of the Company since June 2017 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with 23 years of experience acting in financial operations.

In addition, the Company confirms that further to the announcement of 12 May 2021, following a handover period with Dr Miles Adcock, Jane Annear will officially retire and cease to be a director of the Company on 31 July 2021. 

Mark Cubitt, Non-executive Chairman of Concurrent Technologies, commented:

Jonathan has been a member of the senior management team over the last four years and has a detailed understanding of our business. We also thank Jane for her outstanding service to the Company over the last 36 years and wish her a long and happy retirement."
