Annual General Meeting Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting of Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards for critical applications, Michael Collins, Chairman, made the following statement:  

"I am pleased to report that the good trading performance from 2017 has continued into 2018. Turnover is in line with the expectations of the Board, the Company's cash balance remains healthy and the Company continues with its strategy of strong investment in product development with several new products and product variants being announced already in 2018."

All of the resolutions were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting held today.
