("Catalyst" or the "Company")

SIS Dividend

The board of Catalyst (the "Board") is pleased to announce that a dividend of £5 million has been approved by the board of Satellite Information Systems (Holdings) Ltd ("SIS") payable today. Catalyst owns approximately 20.54 per cent. of the share capital of SIS, and will therefore receive a payment of £1,027,000.

Upon receipt of this dividend the net cash balances within Catalyst will be approximately £2.4million . The annual audited accounts of Catalyst for the year ended 30 June 2012 are expected to be available for publication by early September 2012. Upon publication of these accounts the Board expects to recommend a final dividend of 7 pence per ordinary share, which will be proposed at the next annual general meeting of the Company, to be held by the end of September 2012, and would be payable as soon as practicable thereafter.
