Cancellation of Treasury Shares
The Company announces that the Board of Directors has resolved to cancel the 664,632 ordinary shares of 10p each in CMG ("Ordinary Shares") held in treasury. Following the cancellation, the Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The Company continues to have 21,032,030 Ordinary Shares in issue, which is the total number of voting rights and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
