Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Board of Directors of CMG announces that its accounting reference date has been changed to 30th June. This change is designed solely to enable a more efficient and cost effective alignment with the publication of the annual audited accounts of Satellite Information Systems Holdings Ltd in which CMG has a 20.54% stake.

Accordingly the next audited financial statements published by the Company will be for the 15 month period ending 30th June 2011 and the next unaudited interim results will be in respect of the six month period ending 31st December 2011.
