LODGING OF DOCUMENTS WITH THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY

KEY DATES RELATING TO THE INTERIM DIVIDEND

Following the announcement on 3 August 2017 of its Interim Results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2017, Communisis announces that its Interim Report has today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive it in hard copy form.

With effect from 19 August 2017 the Interim Report will be available as follows:

· on the Company's website (www.communisis.com/investors); and

· by writing to the Company Secretary at Communisis plc, Communisis House, Manston Lane, Leeds, LS15 8AH.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Key dates relating to the interim dividend are as follows:

14 September 2017 Ex-dividend date

15 September 2017 Record date

13 October 2017 Payment date
