Dividend Payment Information
As reported in the Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2025 released at 07.00 this morning, the Board agreed a recommendation to shareholders of a final dividend of 8.3 pence per share on CMC ordinary shares.
Subject to shareholder approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2025 will be paid on 15 August 2025 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on the record date of 11 July 2025.
